Our Story
We fell in love with Cape Cod almost 30 years ago. Since then, it has become our passion as well as our playground.
In 2004, we decided to buy our first home on the Cape. We originally set out to buy in another area, but a friend suggested this area had the best of everything and even felt like Nantucket...we soon found out he was right and decided to buy 10 Wharf Ave in Seabury / Popponesset Beach.
We quickly realized that our two busy careers and distance from Cape Cod would not allow us to spend full summers here so we started to rent to guests. We quickly found out that we were not the only ones that thought the area was very special. Our guests appreciated it as much as we did.
After a few years we bought and renovated 8 Wharf, the home next door, thinking that it would be great for family reunions. Since then, we decided to reserve the homes to be rented together only in July and August.
In 2016, we just finished renovating 10 Wharf and heard about a large home close by that was for sale but needed a lot of work. Knowing the value of the area and always being up for a challenge, we decided to buy and renovate this third home. Though it had a lot of potential, it required a full gut and redesign. After 6 months of hard work, it was complete - and fully rented for that summer! Our first guests were pleasantly surprised to see how much we'd put into it and started to provide 5 Star Reviews.
